A publication which deals with 'unendorsed' art, embraces genuine error and has a built in self-destruct mechanism in that each issue contains an evaluation of the previous one, but also evaluations of, or responses to, each evaluation which appeared in the previous issue (these are termed meta-reviews) so that by issue 13 there is no room for anything else (see Evaluation Matrix). tiktoc is just one initiative of The Doomsbury Set, a collaboration between artists Mocksim and Huw Bartlett with the involvement of others.
